amazing customer service and close to the airport with free shuttle service

Incredible staff friendliness, clean rooms.

The swimming pool area was well-maintained, providing a relaxed atmosphere for unwinding. Housekeeping was attentive, quickly addressing our needs. While the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, the noise levels from planes could be a concern for light sleepers.

Loved the cozy beds and great service, but the wi-fi was unreliable.

Great stay, but some hiccups

Had an okay time. The staff were cool, especially Mr Arafat at check-in, super friendly! Room was spacious and clean, but they didn't have the utensils I needed. I kinda expected better from a 4-star place. The snack bar was nice, though, and the pool area was chill for relaxing.

Recommend for a walk in evening

Comfortable room, friendly restaurant, with great food at an affordable price. A convenient location just 500 meters from the nearest metro station for easy transport.

Can’t fault anything about it.

It was just a decent option for a transient stop in Dubai with decent value for money. The taps in the shower were a bit confusing, but it made for a refreshing cold shower after a long travel day. Bring extra water bottles during summer. the room only had one.

Rooftop pool refreshing. Staff very friendly. Room had a weird smell and AC wasn't great.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great mix of Western and local options. My room felt super spacious and comfy. I really loved the relaxing rooftop pool and the sauna for some chill time. The only hassle was the daily shuttle to the beach only leaving at 8:30, but grabbing an Uber was easy enough! 😊

Make sure to ask for extra water bottles on arrival. the room service can be slow.

Perfect choice for families

We had a connecting room, it was clean and spacious. The butter chicken in the hotel restaurant was simply the best I ever had, unbelievable!

It wasn't cheap but yeah it was still acceptable.

I had a wonderful stay with friendly staff who were incredibly helpful, and the hotel is just a short walk away from the iconic Deira Clocktower and the scenic Creek Park, perfect for city strolls and enjoying gorgeous views.

my stay at flora inn hotel was fantastic! the rooftop swimming pool felt refreshing, and i loved spending time there. the hotel is conveniently close to everything i wanted to see. akhlak at concierge went above and beyond, making my experience as seamless as possible. the aesthetic of the rooms was elegant, and the mini bar was a nice touch.

The breakfast spread is a feast fit for royalty—think fresh fruit juices and mouthwatering Indian dishes at killer prices. Plus, Mr Omer’s friendly vibes really make you feel at home! Can't forget about the spacious, comfy rooms that wrap you in luxury.

We hit a snag with a funky smell in the 2nd-floor hallway and a moldy whiff in our room. The AC seemed to take a holiday, which was a bummer given the humidity.
